SHIPPING INFORMATION

Jayson Brunsdon ships to most locations in the world and offers free shipping in australia for orders over $500 AUD

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australian Standard Clothing Shipping Costs under the value of $500 AUD - $12.00

Australian & New Zealand Standard Homewares Shipping Costs under the value of $500AUD are calculated based on weight, set by Fast way Courier and Australia Post rates and are quoted at checkout.
Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by Fastway courier or Australia Post, depending on your location. We require that your order be signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

International Clothing Shipping Costs under the value of $500 AUD – $55.00
International Homewares shipping costs under the value of $500 AUD are calculated based on weight, set by Australia Post global rates and are quoted at check out. Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers Australia & New Zealand – $5.00 via express post
If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products they will be shipped separately and standard shipping rates will apply for the remainder of your order.

TRACKING QUERIES

Australia & NZ Orders - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. If you would like to contact us to track your order please email us – info@jaysonbrunsdon.com - with your name, contact number and invoice number.

International Orders - Please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email – info@jaysonbrunsdon.com with your name, contact number and invoice number.

Please note that once an order is submitted we are unable to change, cancel or redirect the order.

FREE SHIPPING

Any orders over the value of $500 are eligible for free shipping worldwide. This will be automatically applied at the checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders so the value of the order must be placed within the same order, as part of one invoice number.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

From time to time Jayson Brunsdon will have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code, provided as part of the special offer promotion. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided through the checkout process. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

GST & SALES TAX

Please note that GST and tax calculations are based on the country specified in your shipping address.

PACKAGING

All clothing items are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in white Jayson Brunsdon boxes and ribbon. All homewares items are packaged in Jayson Brunsdon boxes and wrapped in supportive packaging for safe shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify Jayson Brunsdon by email at info@jaysonbrunsdon.com to obtain a "Return ID number"
  • You must notify Jayson Brunsdon within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 4 days after such notification.
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice or order email confirmation from Jayson Brunsdon.
  • You must return the Product in its original condition with the original "swing ticket" attached.
  • Product must be returned to the provided Jayson Brunsdon head office details within specified time period.
  • Please note: no exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items.
  • Upon receipt of the Product by Jayson Brunsdon, Jayson Brunsdon will refund or provide a credit note (upon request) to you the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 1 working day of the item being received by Jayson Brunsdon, however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be given to Products purchased at www.jaysonbrunsdon.com. Refunds will not be given for Jayson Brunsdon stock purchased from other Jayson Brunsdon retailers.

On International returns you must, in addition to the above;

  • Mark that the goods are returned on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, Jayson Brunsdon will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
  • The Product was purchased within 3 months of faulty return date request.
  • You must notify Jayson Brunsdon - info@jaysonbrunsdon.com to obtain a Return ID number.
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice or order email confirmation from Jayson Brunsdon.
  • Product must be returned to the provided Jayson Brunsdon head office details within specified time period.
  • On International returns you must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • Jayson Brunsdon will refund the Price to you in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 1 working day of the item being received by Jayson Brunsdon, however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available at www.jaysonbrunsdon.com and Jayson Brunsdon can exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your Faulty Return ID number.
